1. Welcome!
Thank you for choosing Lotus Yoga Studio. By joining our classes, events, or visiting our website, you agree to these simple guidelines designed to keep everyone safe and happy. Please take a moment to read them.

2. What We Offer
We’re delighted to share yoga, meditation, laughter yoga, dance classes.

3. Your Health & Wellbeing
Your safety and wellbeing are very important to us! Please listen to your body and take care of yourself. If you have any health concerns, we encourage you to chat with a healthcare professional before joining. While we do our best to provide a safe environment, please remember that participating is at your own pace and responsibility.

4. Payments, Cancellations & Refunds

  • We kindly ask that payments for classes or memberships are made in advance so we can prepare the best experience for you.

  • If you need to cancel a class, please let us know at least 2 hours in advance so you can reschedule without any extra fees.

  • If cancellations come in less than 2 hours before class, we usually can’t offer a refund or reschedule, but please get in touch with us — we’re happy to talk about exceptions.

  • In Finland, it’s common practice that memberships and course fees are non-refundable once started, except for medical reasons with a doctor’s note.

  • If we need to cancel a class, don’t worry — you can choose to reschedule or get a full refund.

5.Class Packages & Validity

Each package comes with its own little window of time to enjoy your classes — you’ll see the validity period when you purchase it.

We recommend planning your visits within that time so you can get the most from your practice and stay consistent on your journey.

After the expiration date, any unused classes will automatically expire.

We understand that life happens — if you’re traveling, unwell, or something unexpected comes up, just reach out before your package expires, and we’ll do our best to find a kind solution together.

Expiration dates help us keep our studio schedule, pricing, and energy in flow for everyone. Thank you for understanding and being part of our community.

6. Your Privacy
We take your privacy seriously and handle your personal information with care, following our Privacy Policy.
